Dictaphone Walkabout Transfer Software

Simply connect the Walkabout 5210 portable to your PC or laptop, using the supplied USB cable, and launch the Walkabout Transfer software.

Click on the "portable" icon and view all voice files stored on the Walkabout portable. "Select All" or "Drag & Drop" individual files to your PC or Laptop.

The Walkabout Transfer software allows you to easily send voice files over the network or the Internet through any standard MAPI compliant e-mail system (MS Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc.). Simply indicate the voice file, address it within the Walkabout Transfer application, and hit send. It's that simple! Your dictation is then automatically sent to your secretary (or anyone else you select) for transcription or review.

You can just as easily exchange dictation with anyone in your organization over your network, by "saving" into shared folders. Or if you wish, pop the Memory Card from the Walkabout Portable and drop it off on your Secretary's desk.
